I have a launch before, you know that launching can feel overwhelming, stressful and unpredictable And sometimes thinking go really well and sometimes not so well.

Five ways that I help my clients boost their online course sales during the launch.
1- Increase the number of leads signing up to your launch
Increase the number of leads, the number of people signing up for your launch, and for that Facebook ads is the king.
You can boost your ads and start driving more traffic to your landing page and getting more people to subscribe and watch your masterclass, your webinar, or participate in your bootcamp or challenge.
To increase your leads you can also partner with all the business owners. Show up in that stories on Instagram, do some collaborations and make sure that you get more leads signing up for your live event.
So then you have a bigger chance of selling your course to them.
Now it's great to have lots of people signing up for your launch. But what if they don't show up live? That's a big no-no. So what you want to do is you want to encourage people to show up live.
You can offer a gift for people who show up live. And when I say a gift it has to be something valuable to them. Something that you are happy to give away for free.
Because you're going to be giving away to everybody who show up live.
2- Remind Your Audience to Show Up Live Using Ads
Now a second way to encourage people to show up live is retargeting your audience using Facebook ads and reminding them about your live launch.
Because many people might have signed up for your launch 10 days ago, 7 days, 5 days ago, and by the time it comes around they can forget it’s on, right?
People lead busy lives nowadays, it's so easy to forget that your event is going on. So remind them that your event is happening tomorrow or today so people are more likely to show up live for your launch.
3- Run Your Webinar Again
What if you had your webinar, but things didn't go as well as you hoped for. We know that mistakes happen with webinars, maybe not many people showed up live for it, or perhaps you had some technical issues, all sort of things can happen right?
Well, why not introduce a second webinar, a second chance for people to show up live for your webinar? I recommend this for many of my clients and they have had great success doing so. The initial plan might have been one webinar, but sometimes things have to change, and you need to adapt. Flexibility is key when launching a course. No matter how good your plan is, you need to be flexible and play by ear.
So why not introduce a second webinar and see if you can boost your sales the second time around.
4- Use time-sensitive bonuses throughout your launch.
Use time-sensitive bonuses throughout your launch.
I know that most launches come with bonuses, but usually, those bonuses are just there for the taken. If you purchase the course, you get the bonuses.
However, you can introduce and remove bonuses throughout your launch. You can offer bonuses that expire after 48 hours, 76 hours on the fifth day, on the last day, why not? You can introduce and remove bonuses throughout your launch, to incentivise people to join at that particular time.
Sometimes some people can feel that if they missed out on a particular bonus, it's not worth joining anymore. But then there comes you with another bonus that they were not expecting and sweeten the deal. A valuable bonus can truly tip the scales and push some people over fence.
5- Retarget your audience with sales ads
A fifth way to boost your online course sales is to retarget your audience with ads showing your offer to them. Only 20-30% of your email list will open your emails.
What happens to the rest of the 70-80% of people who are not seeing your offer? You need to retarget those people and to put your offer in front of them, so they know your course is open for enrolment.
If they don't know your offer is there, if they don't know about your course, they're not going to buy. It’s that simple. So you need to make sure that they do know about it, and that your offer is everywhere, so they can’t forget or ignore it.
6 - (Bonus tip) - Do a Launch Debrief
After your launch is over, do a launch debrief, assess your numbers, look at everything that went right, and everything that went wrong, assess it and make sure that you put things in place to plug the gaps, make improvements and do better next time.
That shouldn’t be your last launch. You need to improve your funnel and launch again. Launching is meant to be a repeatable sales system, not a one-off. You can't repeat the exact same mistakes and expect better results. If you want better results, you need to make improvements along the way.
So, launch again but assess your last launch first and make improvements to have a better launch next time.
